How to Sell

| 1. Contact |

| 2. Property Evaluation |
| Depending on your location and condition of your properties, there are three general ways that property can be conducted. |
| A. In our galleries You may bring your property directly to our galleries where our specialists will give you an auction estimate and advice. For this service please contact us first. After hearing from you, we will make an appointment with you to schedule your visit. Inspection hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm. Address : Seoul Auction 98 Pyungchang-Dong, Jongno-Gu, Seoul, Korea |
| B. By photographs If your property is not portable, or if you are not able to visit our galleries, you may bring in or send a clear photograph of each item. Please be sure to include the dimensions, artist's signature or maker's mark, medium, physical condition and any other relevant information. Our specialists will provide a preliminary auction estimate subject to a final estimate upon first-hand inspection. |
| C. In your home Evaluation of property may also be made in your home. These fees for such visits are based on the scope and diversity of property, with additional travel expenses. The fee may be rebated if you consign your property for sale at Seoul Auction. |
| 3. Decision to Sell |
| Based on the Valuation's results, you and Seoul Auction's specialist department will decide whether your property is appropriate for sale at auction. We will also recommend an appropriate venue and possible timing of sale. If you decide to proceed, you will sign a contract, and Seoul Auction will take the property in for cataloguing and photographing for auction preview. |
| 4. Seller's Contract |
| The seller's contract covers two main issues that include the reserve price and commission fee. Please see the bottom lines for further information. |
| 5. Reserve Price |
| We will consult with you about the confidential minimum price you are willing to accept. By agreeing to the seller's contract, Seoul Auction shall not be able to sell your property under the Reserve Price. |
| 6. Storage and Collection |
| If necessary, our art transport and storage department can help you arrange to have your property delivered to our office and stored for the auction. As the seller, you are responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance charges. |
| 7. Payment |
| We provide payment of the amount due (hammer price minus expenses such as seller's commission and storage charges) after confirming payment by the buyer. |
